5 Star Bud Tenders With 1 Star Management This shop was my new Go-To. Been a few times. I’m a vet w pre-service PTSD and service connected chronic lower back pain. Today the security guy was being accosted by an 80+ year old dude, beard and hair down past his shoulders. This goes on for several minutes. Myself and 4 females becoming anxious. As one woman said, “[Security] doesn’t get paid enough for this ****”. I told Santa he should leave and I’d hold the door. There was back and forth. He left. Everyone sighed. The young manager went out looking for him and spent a few minutes trying to “make things right” with this troll. Manager comes in and immediately starts dressing down me and another female, “He will be served. Any back and forth and you will not be served.” Bye, Felicia. My friends and I will just go somewhere else. But know that the cannabis community expects better from our dispensaries. Lecturing PTSD patients is not your job. Next time, just let the drama go out the door. Hope Little Santa is worth the sales loss.
