Called today and spoke with the Manager about a $40 1/4, $70 1/2, and $125 oz special that was text to me via their marketing (sign up get discounts and updates). He responded, "call back in 10 mins. I will contact the owner and see if we can do this deal" (bc he was unaware of the special).
Called back 10 mins later. The Manager I spoke with just went to lunch. After explaining to a new representative that I got a text and wanted to come in for my deal. She then replied that after texting the owner they can not honor this deal because someone made a mistake and it shouldn't have been sent out I got frustrated and she reciprocated this frustration by threatening that, "if the owner calls you back hes not gonna be as nice as me." And followed this up with, "we wont sell our bud that cheap" (that sounds very greedy. that makes me think "oh we don't sell weed the same price as everyone else bc we are better than them and don't need customers satisfaction only ignorance"")
The original manager now calls me back (after his lunch of course) to explain how me getting the message was a mistake and it was for the medical store in Springs that I haven't been to. (So now i am getting messages from stores I haven't been to nor would I drive 60 miles to get). I said ok but I am not happy with the mistakes so I will list my experience online. His response startled me he said,
"GO AHEAD AND POST YOUR COMMENTS ONLINE. IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER BECAUSE WE STILL HAVE OUR CUSTOMERS."
I told him I couldn't believe a business wouldn't care what their customers think of them and he proceeded to talk over me about something; but at that point I didn't want to hear what he had to say since this was a one sided conversation and what people think of New Age Medical is basically meaningless
To sum it up: They have a lot of bad reviews because they have bad customer service. These same negligent, rude employees are going to be the ones growing and handling your herbs. I can't trust them with my phone number and I now know that I shouldn't trust them to grow things I am going to put in my body. Don't go here.
